- 3 Large Bananas fully ripe
- ⅓ cup or 80g Butter Unsalted & Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- ½ cup or 100g Sugar Granulated
- 1.5 cups Flour All Purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ Salt Or to Taste
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
- ½ cup or 80g Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 177°C.
Add bananas to a large mixing bowl, and mash or crush them with a masher or fork until smooth.
Then add unsalted melted butter and stir or mix well until combined.
Add the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed mixture. Stir the batter to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to taste and mix well.
Now add the chocolate chips and mix them.
Take a loaf pan and grease it with cooking spray.
Now add the batter to the pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle more chocolate chips over the batter.
Put the pan in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. If you insert a toothpick in the center, it will come out clean or moist.
After baking, remove the pan and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
