Ingredients
  

For Eggs:

  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Medium Red Chilli Finely Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 2 tbsp. Milk Or Thickened Cream Optional

For Garnishing:

  • Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • Fresh Green Onion Chopped
  • Sriracha Or Hot Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, and put them in. Then take milk (if using), salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with these ingredients until well combined or slightly frothy.
  • Heat the skillet or frying pan over the stove. Add the butter in it and allow it to melt or hot.
  • Then add chopped or diced chilli to this pan and saute them until softened and fragrant.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the skillet. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds, and start frying from the edges.
  • Using a spatula, stir or scramble eggs for 2-3 minutes or until they are cooked and moist.
  • Transfer the eggs over a loaf of bread or sliced sourdough as the eggs are cooked.
  • Garnish the eggs with your choice of topping, like fresh herbs or chopped parsley, and remember to drizzle sriracha or hot sauce over them for extra heat and kick.
