Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Spatula
  • Spoon
  • Small bowl
  • Airtight jar

Ingredients

  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Stalks of Fresh Basil
  • 3 Stalks of Fresh Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt as you like
  • 40 ml Corn oil

Instructions

  • First of all, wash all the ingredients. Crush the tomatoes with the help of a hand or blender and keep them aside.
  • Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and keep them aside. We don't need to chop or crush the fresh Stalks of Basil or Oregano.
  • Turn on the burner. Set the saucepan on it and start heating the 2 teaspoons of Corn oil on medium flame. Add the thin slice of garlic cloves to the oil and stir until its fragment leaves.
  • In the next procedure, add 2 tbsp. Tomato paste, keep stirring, and cook for a minute.
  • Put the star ingredient, 250g Tomatoes, keep stirring (with the help of a spoon) on medium flame, and cook for 2 to 3 min.
  • Now you can add Salt ( as you like ) and 1 tsp Black pepper. And sauté for good taste.
  • You can add fresh Basil stalks and oregano to get the perfect sauce. If you don't have fresh Basil stalks and oregano, you can also use the dried Basil and Oregano. Then, stirring (with the help of a spatula), it works well for its good combination.
  • Adding all the essential ingredients is complete. Now, you have to cook the sauce until it starts thickening. It would take up to 14-16 minutes.
  • Once cooking is done, take out the basil and oregano and leave until they cool down. After that, you can enjoy the sauce by spreading it on the pizza dough.
