Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Potatoes
  • 1 bowl of chicken wings
  • 1 bowl of Bacon strips
  • 5-6 cups Canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Garlic sauce
  • ½ cup Tomato sauce
  • ½ cup Honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Onion-Garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Red- Chile flakes
  • 2-3 cups Shredded Cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • The first step is to marinate the chicken with vinegar and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Allow the chicken to marinate for 15-20 min. Coat the marinating chicken with bread crumbs.
  • Cook your Bacon Strips in a baking dish for 20 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into your fingers. Heat the canola oil in your pan. Chop the potato chips and let them fry in oil until they become crispy and golden brown.
  • Now, make the extremely thin slice of baked bacon using a cutting board.
  • We can make crispy fried chicken by frying the marinated chicken coated with bread crumbs. Let them in oil until it becomes crispy, tender, and golden brown. Drain on tissue paper.
  • We can make its special savory sauce by adding tomato ketchup, Honey BBQ sauce, and garlic sauce.
  • Add the tomato sauce to the pan after adding 1 tsp of Onion-Garlic paste. And now stir in the BBQ sauce. Sprinkle Red-chile flakes on the top of the BBQ sauce.
  • Now coat your chicken wings with red sauce. Stir well for well combination and proper coating of sauce onto the chicken.
  • Put the fries in the bowl, drizzle the cheese over the top, and then sprinkle the bacon on top. Continuously repeat the step, making layers, until all are used.
  • Add the crispy chicken wings to a bowl, and now you can add the chopped scallions over the top of the chicken wings.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 min. After that, your homemade tasty, crispy, savory, and cheesy zinger mountain melt is ready.
