Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start with 2 cups of cooked chicken. Shred it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise,1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled), 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
  • Pour the dressing mixture over the shredded chicken in the large bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup diced celery and 1/4 cup chopped green onions to the bowl.
  • Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting based on your preference.
  • Serve the salad immediately on lettuce leaves, in a sandwich, or as desired. You can also chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for a colder option.
