- 13 1/2 oz Coconut milk
- 15 – 16 oz Chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 1 cup Cornstarch
In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, eggs, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, making sure they are well coated in the mixture. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
