Gather all the marinated ingredients, boneless chicken, olive oil, fresh lime juice, chilli powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic cloves, oregano, salt and ground black pepper in the mixing bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients with boneless chicken in a bowl until well combined. Set aside for 30 minutes or until your preference is reached.
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. For about 375- 425 degrees.
Take the marinated chicken pieces and place them over the grill. Cook the chicken for about 4 to 6 minutes until no pink color remains or it is elegantly brown.
Once the chicken is done, cover it and set it aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray each side of the tortilla with olive oil.
Add tortillas over the skillet and heat each side until both sides are warm.
To assemble the tacos, top the tortillas with chicken, cheese, salsa, cabbage, and any other desired toppings.
