Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat water until it’s hot, but not boiling.
  • In a mug, add Lemon juice, Honey, Ground cinnamon and Grated ginger.
  • Pour the hot water into the mug over the mixture.
  • Mix everything well until it’s combined.
  • Add cayenne pepper to your liking (start with a little!).
  • Sip slowly and feel better!
