- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Heat water until it’s hot, but not boiling.
In a mug, add Lemon juice, Honey, Ground cinnamon and Grated ginger.
Pour the hot water into the mug over the mixture.
Mix everything well until it’s combined.
Add cayenne pepper to your liking (start with a little!).
Sip slowly and feel better!
