  • 1-2 diced jalapeños remove seeds for less heat
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tortilla chips for serving
