Garlic bread tortillas are much more than you think because they are my favorite Italian snack and are made with simple ingredients. These simple ingredients are combined with a tortilla in a garlicky, buttery, savory way. That can evaluate the taste of a tortilla to a new height by being ready in just 15 minutes. These comforting tortillas are easy to make and very versatile. It is a perfect snack that would help with personal cravings, family gatherings, special occasions and many more.

Ingredients
  

  • Three medium tortillas
  • Three tablespoon butter
  • One tablespoon garlic paste
  • ΒΌ cup mozzarella
  • One teaspoon basil
  • One teaspoon dried oregano
  • One teaspoon of dried parsley
  • Pinch of fresh ground pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves For Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C. or 350 to 375 F.
  • Add butter, garlic, dried oregano, parsley, pepper, and basil in a mixing bowl. Then, mix it well with the help of a whisk or spoon.
  • Add that paste on one side of each tortilla with the help of a butter knife to spread it gently out into a flat-even layer.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of garlic butter.
  • Then place it over the baking sheet and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  • And now you can garnish it with fresh parsley. Cut each tortilla into eight pieces with the help of a pizza cutter.

Notes

Remember that if you freeze garlic tortillas, their texture may change slightly after refrigerating or freezing. They may not be as crispy as when they are freshly made.
