Jimmy Buffett Pasta Salad - Cheeseburger Delight Recip
Pasta salad recipes are easy to make and don't take too much time for preparation. This easy-to-make recipe includes beef, sweet and red onion, olive oil, pickles, lettuce, some spices, and dressing.

- 12oz. Whole Wheat Pasta (Fusilli Or Rotini)
- 1.5 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Chopped Small Yellow Onion
- 1.5 Garlic Clove Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt (Set According to your Taste)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Set According to your Taste)
- 1 lb. Ground Beef (Round Steak Recommended)
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes (Chopped Or Crushed)
- ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Pickles
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- ¾ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- Dijon Mustard Or Hot Sauce (Optional Spices)
First, take a pot and put water and pasta in it. Boil the pasta according to instructions written on the pasta box, and don't forget to add 1 tsp of olive oil.
While the pasta is boiling, chop white onion, red onion, tomatoes, pickles and don't forget to Shredded Lettuce and Cheddar Cheese.
Take a frying pan and grease it with olive oil. Saute the chopped white onion and garlic at a moderate temperature. After this, add ground beef to the same pan and wait about 7-10 mins until the beef cooks and looks brown. (Keep in mind that after adding beef, toss it.)
After cooking the beef, stop the heat. Now hoping your pasta is completely boiled. Drain it and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Add the cooked beef mixture as the pasta moves to the mixing bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients like chopped tomatoes, diced pickles, chopped red onion, and shredded lettuce in the same bowl.
Toss all the added ingredients.
Add mayo and ketchup, then roughly mix it well until smooth.
