- Four large white potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cream
- Half white onion (chopped)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp of white vinegar
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (garnishing)
Firstly, wash the potatoes and carrots. Then, boil them together in a pot. Let the potatoes and carrots simmer until they are cooked.
After boiling: Give them some time to cool down, Drain the water and peel, Cut the potatoes into cubes and grate the carrots.
