- 1/4 cup feta or goat cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds or walnuts optional
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs like mint or basil optional
