Tongs
- 2 pounds chicken leg, breast
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper cracked and corn both
- 3 tablespoon of palm sugar chopped or grated
- 1 + ¼ cup of unseasoned rice vinegar
- ¼ cup of dark soya sauce
- ½ cup of regular soya sauce
- ½ cup of water
- 3 bay leaves
- Salt as preference
First, place the chicken pieces in the large bowl, then add minced garlic, black pepper, palm sugar, rice vinegar, dark soya sauce, regular soya sauce, water, and Bay leaves on the top. Stir the chicken in a bowl with such ingredients. Start well, combine the chicken with the sauces, and try to coat the chicken evenly.
Let marinate for 1 to 2 hours and the night for a deep and rich flavor.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Enough oil that can cover the bottom of the pan.
Take the chicken pieces out of the marinade (don't waste it; we will use it later), put them in the pan, and cook until the sides are nicely brown. Place the chicken pieces on the dish.
Then, we add marinated liquid into the pan, arrange all the chicken pieces, and bring them to a boil. This will take 25 to 30 minutes to boil. And eventually, turn the chicken pieces if necessary. Until your chicken is beautifully tender and the liquid thickness is a stunning glaze.
Now put the prepared Moe’s Adobo Chicken on a serving platter with white boil rice.
