Crispy Chicken Fritta Recipe

For Chicken Fritta:
- 6 pcs. Chicken breast, butterflied
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Spices
- 1 cup Milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
For Pasta Sauce:
- 15 oz. spaghetti or linguine pasta
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 tbsp. garlic paste
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock.
- 2 cups cream, light
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1.5 cup Asiago cheese
First, dip the pasta in water in a pot and boil it for at least 6-8 minutes until all the pasta cooks and softens.
Preheat the vegetable oil in a skillet over the stove.
Take a breast of chicken and sprinkle spices and herbs over it. Shake it well and leave it to adjust well.
In a mixing bowl, add breadcrumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients well. Then, add the milk to another bowl.
Take a chicken slice, dip it in the breadcrumbs mixture, and then soak it in milk. After soaking it in the milk again, toss it well in the breadcrumbs mixture again. Ensure the chicken breast piece is covered fully and equally from all sides.
Take this breadcrumb-covered slice and dip it in the hot oil. Leave it until golden brown, or cook it for 8-10 minutes on each side for proper cooking. Repeat the process for all slices.
To make the pasta sauce, heat a saucepan on medium flame and add butter and garlic to the pasta. Stir until the butter melts and starts to smell aromatic.
Add chicken broth, cream, cheese, Italian seasoning, and spices to taste. Toss all the ingredients with a spatula until they are smooth and thickened.
Add the boiled pasta to the sauce and toss it well until all the pasta is covered with sauce.
Take a serving platter, layer the pasta, and then add the chicken. Add chopped parsley to the plate for garnish.
