Ingredients
  

  • 3 large egg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese 3 packages
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 Prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the sugar and honey, and mix everything until everything is well combined. Then, beat the eggs one at a time.
  • Next, stir in the flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt until the mixture is smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream, being careful not to overmix.
  • Evenly press the graham cracker crust into the bottom of your springform pan. Once done, pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  • First, preheat the oven to 325F (160C). Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake it for about 60 minutes.
  • After baking, let the cheesecake cool in the oven. This will help to prevent sudden temperature changes that could cause cracks.
