- 1 ½ pound ground beef
- 4 slices of cheese cheddar or american
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 burger Buns
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 small onion sliced
- 4 pickle slices optional
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until they combine well.
Preheat your grill or skillet on medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef paste into 4 equal parts. And it is shaping them into burger patties about ½ to ¾ inch thick.
Cook the patties on a preheated skillet for about 5 minutes on each side, And you can adjust the time according to your preferred taste.
During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar to each patty and allow them to melt.
Now, toast the burger buns slightly on the skillet or grill. Once the burgers are cooked and the cheese is well melted, remove them from heat and assemble the burger.
Place a lettuce leaf on each bun bottom, and then place a burger pattie.
