Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized carrots thinly sliced julienne
  • 1 medium-sized celery julienne sliced
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber julienne sliced
  • 2 sweet pointed pepper seed less julienne sliced
  • 2 fresh green onions and scallions julienne sliced
  • 1 avocado thinly cut
  • 3 small radish thinly cut
  • 1 cup lettuce thinly cut
  • 2 slices of turkey thinly cut optional
  • 2 slices of cheese thinly cut
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seed
  • 1 teaspoon cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Place the lettuce in the centre of the plate
  • Add the julienne vegetables, avocado, turkey, and cheese to the lettuce.
  • Now you can sprinkle green onion and radish over the sliced vegetables around the plate.
  • And now, finally, you can place a boiled egg on the top of the vegetable for extra nutrients.
  • Now sprinkle chia seeds, cranberries and sunflower seeds on top for garnishing.
