Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon Or Whisk
  • Spatula
  • Non-stick Saucepan
  • Ice Cream Scoop (Optional)
  • Measuring Spoon & Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk Or As Much Required
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Unsalted Butter For Greasing

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, egg, vanilla, and milk. Stir until just combined, but do not overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
  • If you don't like simple pancakes, you can add different nuts, berries, or chocolate chips.
  • Place the non-stick saucepan over medium heat and add unsalted butter.
  • Once the skillet is hot, use an ice cream scoop to pour the pancake batter onto the pan. If you don't have a scoop, you can use a measuring cup, but make sure to pour ΒΌ cup of batter for each pancake. This will help ensure that all the pancakes are the same shape.
  • When you see the bubbles on top of the pancake, carefully flip it with the help of a spatula, or you can flip it after 1-2 mins.
  • As the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, transfer them to a serving platter and top them with your favorite toppings.
