Equipment

  • Skillet Or Frying Pan
  • Cutting Board & Knife
  • Tongs or spatula
  • Sandwich Presser
  • Serving Platter

Ingredients

  • 2 Telera or Bolillo rolls
  • ½ pound Beef Fajitas thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • 3 slices of sausage
  • Shredded cheese to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Refried Beans
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • Shredded lettuce to taste
  • 1 small Onion sliced
  • ¼ cup Jalapenos sliced (optional)
  • Mayonnaise for spreading
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take a frying pan and put it over the stove on medium high heat.
  • Sliced the telera or bolillo in half lengthwise. After this, cut all the filling vegetables.
  • Meanwhile, the frying pan is hot, so grease it with oil. Season the beef fajitas with salt and pepper to taste and place them over the frying pan. 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Now, slice the sausage in half lengthwise like a butterflied shape and cook them until golden brown. As the sausage is cooking, cook the ham slice until golden brown.
  • Now lightly cook the refried beans with jalapenos, and spread the shredded cheese over them. After this, lightly toast the sandwich bread in the oven or the frying pan.
  • Transfer the refried beans with jalapenos and cheese over the sliced bread. Then, transfer the beef fajitas, sausage, and ham over this beans layer. (I sliced fajitas, sausage and ham; however, if you don't want to slice them, you can skip them.)
  • Layer it with avocado slices, tomato slices, lettuce, and sliced onion. (You can skip the vegetables if you don't want to. Or you can add more cheese if you wish to.)
  • After following all the steps, your dish will be ready to be served.
