Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. of flank or round steak
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • ¼ cup of Worcestershire
  • 1.5 tsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of crushed red pepper.
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. of brown sugar (optional)
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp of liquid smoke (optional)

Instructions
 

 Cut the beef meat into 0.2 - 0.1 inch thin slices after selecting it. Cutting the beef stripes depends on you, but if the slices are thin, the recipe will be more tender and chewier.

    Take a mixing bowl and put the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder or paste, liquid smoke, crushed pepper, and brown sugar. Once all the ingredients are added, mix it well until the sugar dissolves.

      Once the marinade is ready, dip slices one by one and keep in mind to fully coat the slice with the mixture. Mix the beef stripes and mixture sauce well together.

         You can use a marination bowl or food container like Ziplock bags for marination. Mariaction with a bowl will require an aluminum foil or plastic wrap to cover the bowl. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator or cold place for 3 to 24 hours.

           If you have a dehydrator, you can spread the slice in the dehydrator's trays. Once the beef is placed, dry your beef at 160-170° Fahrenheit. Leave the beef for 4-6 hours in dehydrators and keep checking it after 30-40 mins. Once the beef is darkened and has menial flexibility stop the dehydrator. And your dish will be ready.
