Authentic Garlic bread tortilla Preparation steps

Step-1

Preheat the oven to 180 C. or 350 to 375 F.

Step-2

Add butter, garlic, dried oregano, parsley, pepper, and basil in a mixing bowl. Then, mix it well with the help of a whisk or spoon.

Step-3

Add that paste on one side of each tortilla with the help of a butter knife to spread it gently out into a flat-even layer.

Step-4

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of garlic butter.

Step-5

Then place it over the baking sheet and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.

Step-6

And now you can garnish it with fresh parsley.  Cut each tortilla into eight pieces with the help of a pizza cutter.
