Making Easy Salporanz Cookies (Step-by-Step):

Preheat the oven to 350 F (or 175 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure that the cookies do not stick to each other.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt with the help of a whisk. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
